Some rumours re upcoming renovations I heard

Looking at the room map it makes more sense to just tear down the half of the 5000 block that is closest to the beach side and build a high rise with more floors and keep the part of the 5000 block near the road. Maybe that's the plan anyways?

 

Yeah. If you build up that is the logical place. Make them all ocean front. Charge a premium. And don't block the sun at the pool.

 

OK,, if the pool is not heated , who peed in it last April to make it so hot ?

 

And so begins another lengthy thread on whether or not it's heated....

 

I thought it would be a thread about people drinking all day and never leaving the pool.

I saw steam coming off of it one frigid Jan Morning.3 years ago, turned the pool into a hot tub, but nobody had hot water for showers.
had a sunscreen slim going around the pool too, cause of the warm water.

Apparently they can devert hot water from rooms .
I also heard they cool the Air conditioner coils, but all that is a mystery, just like the construction.

 

We also heard they purchased the hotel next door. Any one else heard much on that?

 

Saw that mentioned once.,along with all the other things, never repeated.

last Oct i was told ( by TTR personnel) they tried to get it but were unsuccesful.
