Seats can be a little over rated... If your with a group of people, chances of everyone wanting to be in the seats at the same time is rare... Most are in the pool, hanging their feet into the pool or at or around the bar area, not to mention mingling around. Sure its nice to have a place to lay when you want but like many others, I've seen quite a few chairs in great places go unused all day.
Deck is great The new deck is wonderful..The bar and of course the bartenders are great..Beach is reserved for premier members behind the deck..We loved loved it!!!
The husband and I usually try and get at least one chair- and usually let our new friends use it. But if that doesn't work out, we ask our new friends if we can just stow our stuff under their chair.
This is a pic of the shirts we make in the spring this year for our chairs. We are members but like to sit in near the far end of the pool by the 3000 bldg. I try to get up early and put one over a couple chairs for us, but share them with people we know or new friends we meet. This past spring we saved from 2 to 4 chairs and had about 8 to 10 people using them all day. Mostly the girls as the guys hung out more so at the edge of the pool. The days we went on the Boobs Cruise or to town we didn't reserve any.
FALSE! LOL, we just made our 2nd trip reservation under another bonus week. Not sure if you're supposed to, but I'm a fan of asking forgiveness rather than permission in things like this.
