Why do I get the feeling that GOV is going to change their concept of the resort back to what it used to be or close this resort altogether if they don't improve, within the year? Most people do at least a little research prior to their vacation and seriously, after reading some of the recent reviews, who would want to go there? We're so hoping it improves as we are planning to head south early next winter and want to try something different than TTR but from the way it sounds, it looks like we're prolly be heading back to TTR (and don't get me wrong, that's not a bad thing as we've always had a great time, we are just interested in trying someplace different).

No kidding! How can anyone watch us have sex on the beach with no lights?

We where the same way. We are big fans of Hedo II and wanted to try something different. We didn't expect the Hedo vibe GOV basically had no vibe and horrible food.

You gave them excellent, very easy to implement suggestions. I hope they're listening. It worries me that the more these negative reports are rolling in, the less we're hearing from the hotel's contact people.

I hope they're listening. I know of people who've already cancelled, and we are also in contact with our agency to see what the latest date would be be change.

I was willing to excuse the negative trip reports on Trip Advisor but seeing all these negative reports from CCC'ers is getting very worrisome.

And now it seems like they have all but stopped responding on here. Making us have second thoughts about going in April that's for sure.

We'll give it another week or so and then we'll look at cancelling if we haven't heard any response from management on these issues.

As business owners in the hospitality industry, it's difficult to accept that basic changes can't be implemented quickly and effectively. Yeah, yeah, we need to run it all by upper management...blah, blah, blah.

Sorry GOV, don't tell me your problems, tell me your solutions.

Beginning of April has a nice little group going, Thats a big plus. You can make your own party
End of April was kind of lonely.

Just bring Big Bubba Mugs ( avoids long lines and 1 am curfew) and a flashlight to get back to your room.

The beach and resort look nice, with a good group you can make it work.
you can take turns booking restaurants

The reboking charge was only $50 total for me , but the beginning of April would have been +100@ night .

For all the hate we have for the Temptation DJ's it sounds like they are an A+ compared to these idiots.

The Temptation DJ's never yells at the crowd or attempts to interact with the music. They create a playlist at home - pout on the discs and press play.

We would enjoy a compare/contrast as to what you thought of Temptation night life -

    Thanks for the TR!

Uh, oh, we just booked. I guess the early April crowd will have to see what and whom we can influence. Thanks for the report.
