    You are 100% correct!

We have also seen a price increase from Toronto....and I like to think we shop around...try packages vs flight + hotel separate etc. here is what we have paid our last 5 trips. I am old so can't recall our previous trips but I suspect they were a bit less

    2010 - $2200
    2011 - $2300 and $2400
    2012 - $2700
    2013 - $2800
2014 - $2950 (just booked for May) and now see it's up to $3400!

And you are right it is getting more popular for Cdns. Still a great place with fantastic friends old and new. I suppose it's still a bargain when consider there are other vacation where you can easily pay double! Our dollar getting smashed to .91 has not helped! Happy vacation everyone!

We booked through Expedia for $3600 for 9 days for March. Worked out to be $300 more than we paid last year for 7 & we're not flying with Sunwing. (That alone might be worth the extra money!) We'd love t o do 2 weeks but the way the flights worked out, it was either 7, 9, or 11 days.

I see Nolitours has picked up TTR again so we COULD have gone on Airmiles had I waited. But, then it would have been for only 7 days. Well, win some, lose some. Maybe two trips this year?

We're direct out of Victoria, for 2 weeks it was 2500/person all in. It's pretty close to what we paid last year so we're okay with that.

Where did you find the $175 promo code? Was it for Orbitz?
