    I think if the entertainment staff were to go topless it would help move things along nicely. ???

    Re the Black hole, or Blind dinner experience at the Oasis Sens, (which currently does not show up on their web site) Can we make reservations for that at our check in ? and is it walking distance or a shuttle ride? Another reason we booked GOV and then to find it was moved..

    ... yeah, be a pleasant change for the GOV staff to get something "off of their chest", instead of just us doing so on the boards here...LOL

    Now no anwser about food late im gonna take tubber ware like my grandma would at a Buffett so I can have food for later,, and will make a walmart run in cancun for booze if anyone wants to go with then when the bars shut down beach or room party

    Yes, with our Runaway Program you can talk to our concierges at Oasis Plus and they will help you make a reservation. Regarding transportation, it's not a walking distance but you can take the bus for just $1 USD.

    Adriana or Valentina please address/answer these concerns

    Wow Y'all, the reviews are coming in and they are not good. Differences in food likes and dislikes are one thing, but the front desk staff/concierge is getting pretty regularly slammed and reviewed as just not caring about the concerns of many of its guests, both here on CCC and TripAdvisor.
    All we're asking is, please address this so we can see this is as serious to you at the OasisViva as it is to us who want to comne give you our hard earned money, vacation time and repeat business...

    My hope is they will come on here when they have something good to report. Until then it would be like shooting the messenger

    My guess is they are working hard behind the scenes but with hotel at 100% full the higher ups are not listening very well.

    As a side note we are a very laid back couple but if we get that room shown on recent post for our anniversary stay. I would not like to be the front desk or any manager working at the time after the wife gets finished with you I'm the nice one of us. ( kidding )

    As for food being bad. I don't care much as I don't eat much there but when I do want to eat. I do not want a hour wait to do it.
