I also hear from the forum that some people are tipping the front desk staff $50 to $100 to make sure they give them a better room. We are leaning toward that option just to make sure, but then again, we dont really know which are the better rooms so it would be hard to say we wasted our money on a useless effort.
That is excellent advice! I remember reading about this express check in but we missed the date for arrival last time we were there. Last year the balcony of our room was right in front of the A/C roof units. All we could hear was that noise and see nothing but those ugly units right in front of us. We went right back down and asked for another room and the front desk staff gave us a much better room. So we are hoping for the best.
