Except for accents it's difficult to tell us apart. We have many Canadian friends and have nothing but love for them except for a night or 2 in February when we'll compete on the hockey rinks of Sochi
We always love to socialize with our friends from Canada! It's great to compare how they do things in Canada! We don't judge anyone!
Used to be a big Crown Royal fan, but if you haven't tried it yet - try some Forty Creek, its my new favorite (although I don't expect to find it in Mexico). Any idea what brands of whiskey & vodka they usually serve at the bars at TTR?
I've met people from all over the world who's company I've enjoyed. I've also met people from all over the world I'd sooner forget. I don't think there's any sort of golden rule based on regional demographics. If you are open-minded and willing to embrace new ways of thinking or views on subjects I think it's easier to get along with pretty much anyone. Just avoid topics that may elicit a passionate response
every time we have been at TTR we found our friends to the North to be fun, nice and good people. We never had an issue and love the way they party. We get along great.
Last year, our first trip to TTR, three things happened to Melissa and I in the pool. I was greeted by a Canadian hand shake, Melissa had her ass slapped, and then this female clamped a some sort of nipple clamp on Melissa. And that was in the first 5 minutes in the pool. I had not even got my first drink yet. What a way to start out the trip! This year, we have been planning our trip with our Canadian friends Whatapair. We are so looking forward to our second trip.
Totally agree on the translation! I guess it's the long winters. :ernaehrung005: We have nothing but good memories with all the Canadians we have met at TTR and other resorts in Mexico. Tom & Lorie
