Can I just offer a quick reminder to everyone to please have a read through of this entire thread and the stickies before asking a question to Valentina. I'm seeing some questions asked that have already been answered, some multiple times. We are very lucky to have Valentina post here, but let's not forget that her job is as a Hotel Manager and not a Social Media Representative. With the hotel at 100% and lots of new changes being implemented I'm sure her day is busy enough. This is something extra she does and I see her posting at 8:30pm at night which is obviously out of her working hours. Let's try not to overload her with repeat questions.

I really hope your bosses are appreciating you--I can tell you're passionate about your job and work really hard to make all the details right! At least we wish to have the coyote bar open until 03 am. So far, I don´t know when will start being open that late. But of course I´ll keep you updated.

Hi ! I read in a review to make sure to book on the Grand Level and the Grand Package. Can you tell me what this is all about ?
Trying to help Valentina out, she has answered somewhere before that the Grand Level is now for everyone, there is no "separation of of the classes".. (a Madagascar movie line) lol room upgrades we see online are for 1 of 2 standard rooms with balcony and suite rooms available ONLY at check in and based on availability that day. Hope this helps and were not wrong.
