Cruise ships have the same issue on sea days. People will come down and reserve chairs and then not show up for half the day. Or they'll reserve a chair and then go sit in the hot tub for hours on end and never use the chair. As msmcrae said, its a little selfish. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it except to play the game. We don't like it either, but we figure we'll either find us a spot, hang out by the pool, or hook up with some early riser friends that won't mind us setting our things by their chairs. Actually, we'll probably be too drunk to notice LOL.
Rut roh. Ill blame it on my wife! She's the picturephile! Everytime she's had a few and sees a hottie in a thong, she wants the camera. Luckily, I talk her out of it...or hide the camera. lol:wink3:
The thing that ticks us off about this whole towel on the chair thing is most of the time they are put there in the very early hrs when they were on their way to bed wasted . They then show up at noon or later and plonk their ass on the swim up bar stool and start the endless drinking and never even use the damn chair/lounger. They sit at the swim up bar for hrs getting totally hammered again but never leave the swim up bar stool for hrs . Now they either have the bladder capacity of camels or they are p%#@%^g in the pool ......which is it ???
well dont forget with the morning chair play there is also restaurant reservation in play too....so i guess I should say first few morning when the alcohol is still hitting the system fresh and liver is still able to process alcohol (after wards its just like fk it and goes on vacation)...i m planning on doing the morning chair run and then after breakfast and then going to the reservation and start my day... :icon_cool:
could be worse..or not.. but they could use the lounger as their pee stop..puke station... and yes ash tray.. we've seen it all... I can't imagine spending my holiday worried about what time people are using their lounger that they reserved.. Who cares its all fun and games... Oh no. Now it is chair reserving + cameras + pool pissing. What gets to me is when the SINGLE GUYS reserve their chairs at 4am after a night of hitting on the wives. Then they wake up at noon start taking pics of the games and thongs then sit at the pool bar for hours at a time without getting up to use the restroom. While at the bar they either don't tip at all or do so with coins. If it was a single girl fine. But not creepy single guys. And all of this while we have to listen to the same 'techno' (it really isn't techno) played over and over again. I think that covers it. Sorry. Couldn't resist. Kind of makes me miss the place actually.
