We don't even bother with the chairs. I bring a beach bag for a towel and our flip flops. We hang out in the water all day. The chairs should be first come first served so others get a fighting chance of finding a chair.
Do you mean foolish as in not prudent, or that the whole seat-saving thing has almost become a competition and is getting out of hand? It will be interesting to see what sort of responses you get, we have played the game and other times just hang out in the pool with peeps, depending on our mood.
I have heard that the premier members have a section reserved for them. this is my 8th time and I have never noticed this . does anyone know where theses are and how many ?
There is a members area on the beach and they recently built a deck with a bar on the sea side of the sexy pool for members.
If you get there early and notice no one has come to claim their chairs just take their shit off and sit down. I can see if you want to put a towel on a chair at 3 am but if you're not there to claim it by ten o'clock, oh well others will. We all pay the same to stay there and I do believe the Buffett is first come first serve, why should anything else be different. I think the cleaning staff should take everything off of the chairs at 5 am and then let people get their lazy asses outta bed and come down to save a chair.
