I dont think many..the place will be packed regardless...

 

At least 25 to 50 on the GOV roll call, but when you consider it spans 4 months i guess like you say its not that much.

 

Part of it is that GOV is the 'new kid' on the block. People are naturally curious to see what they offer that Tempation can't. I can see the hotels settling on slightly different crowds. My guess is that GOV will try to be slightly upscale compared to TTR, but I really have no knowledge just a gut feeling.

The people that own the Oasis chain know how to make money as do those that own Temptation.

 

Nice Shoes could stand a little updating/improvement imo. It just seems thrown together to me and poorly at that. The window bar is particularly lame.

 

Totally agree. We avoid that area except lingerie night.
But . . . .Wait till you see the remodel.
