What resort do you tell friends/family you're going to?

And we just don't give a damn whether it is HEDO or TTR...if they don't have a sense of humour well F*** them In all fairness our jobs are not affected by our vacation choices and if our friends are...well, see the first sentence, lol.

 

It's 50/50...some people I just say Cancun and leave it at that. Others I just say it's some resort on the strip...but some people I tell. Normally those are people I trust or people who would be jealous that their significant other won't let them come.

 

All we know is, that we will get over it if people we know have problems with our vacation choices, lol. Guess that means we are back to F*** em if they don't like it!

 

We say the Riu.

 

This'll be our first time going to TTR. Family and "casual acquaintances" we told them we were going to the Sun Palace (which is also adults only) - people we know well, we told them where we were really going

 

Verizon cell service works there. Just tell them to call your cell.

 

We just say a "no kids" resort.

 

All family and friends know where I go. Outside of that I try to be vague but if they ask which resort - I tell them.

I had this question, too. My parents are keeping our kids, and I just want to keep it simple.
It's not out of fear, rather just wanting to keep it all simple, and not burden them with the images of our recreation.
