Obviously the climate limits the degree of the theme but of course less is better anyway but I'll throw out doctors and nurses or maybe 70's disco spin on the rave ideas...
We like the sports them too. Jerseys, referees, or sexy cheerleaders. The October group did this and it was pretty hot.
