I have fitness pal and daily burn. I tend to use daily burn more just cause I know where everything is there for my work outs.

Well finally back on track after TTR trip and the Christmas break. Two and a half months of no exercise and no calorie counting...oh dear! I guess it's getting back on the wagon that counts. Using myfitnesspal to track calories, and back to gym for exercise. Diet is going fine, but exercising is a nightmare right now! My fitness has gone right down. Barely managed 30 mins on cross trainer yesterday, then had to stop as it felt like I was going to throw up, even going incredibly slowly. Felt nauseous for about 3 hours after. Meant to have a swim session this morning, but after gym yesterday I couldn't face anything this morning. I think I need to ease back into the old routine. Back at gym tomorrow afternoon. May also have a go on the exercise bike at home tonight.
Okkkk So for me it's a start plenty of Veggies and a sandwich with leabs turkey and 1 bottle of water tonight I think about a salad !! Envoyé de mon iPhone à l'aide de Tapatalk
soooo glad that the xmas season is over ... way too much eating and not enuf exercising! now I'm back to my routine ... 3 spin classes a week and trying to eat like a bird! 12 sleeps till we are at TR ! can...not...wait!

Great gym session yesterday, same exercise, but so much easier! No struggling to get through the last 5 minutes this time. I wasn't too concerned about the nausea thing on the last session - it happened to me a few years back when I first started exercising, after 10-odd years doing nothing. I think it's a shock to my system when I've been slacking too much, but it clears up after I get back into it. Badminton this afternoon after work, then a break over the weekend before swimming Monday morning.
Well it been a good week, even though I had crap for workouts the last three days. I am amazed that I lost 3 lbs. Hell I am taking it.
