    you better get started on your 30 minutes of exercise for 100 days straight that you commiteed to..shall i check the date of your agreement?

    Ok well I started...but what if we don't complete the whole 30min one day can we make it up the next... just a question!!

    well IM thinking that it will just be a slipery slope ..lol common DEB.. its 30 minutes. It takes 15 minutes to get warmed up.. lol

    K I am back it. Today I started back on my diet. I am gonna be real strict for the next few weeks and see what that gets me. I got 3 months 1 week I think to make 20-25 lbs disappear. I figure it will take a week of being strict to get me back in routine. Here we go again. Starting back on p90x tomorrow or if that is too hard on the wrist then I will write my own program. Still dealing with a sprain from October, yeah gonna go to the doctor incase it's actually broken cause it's been a long time. I think my job is keeping it from healing. I am expecting the next few days to be hard and me to be starving. I hate the first three days.

    My diet today 1610 calories.........still in the range.

    My workout today.
    35 minutes on the elliptical
    5 set of 15 reps push ups
    5 sets of 15 reps Dumbbell Rear Row 15 lbs
    5 sets of 15 reps Dumbbell Arnold Press 10 lbs
    5 sets of 15 reps Tricep Press 10 lbs
    5 sets of 100 punches on the speed bag.

    Feeling good now. Kicking fat's ass.

    I'm feeling so lazy with the cold outside.. I guess I'll try the link from Marilyn.ca I'm very beat up as hell.. .And I don't feel at all to exercise.. So I'll do my shopping list, and when I'm working I don't think about eating.. And I'll buy everything I need then leave all my cash, credit card and debit card at home.. That's way i'll not buy anything.

    3 Days clean should be pretty good.. I ate way too much junk food.. Good things is I'M stock at 190. and ben is out for 3 days so even if I'm grumpy I'll only be with myself :D

    I was eating crappy too and now it's better. The sugar and crappy eating sucks the energy away. Try some fruit to get you working out. 3 months girl.

    1667 calories today.....should have skipped on the weiner lol.
    35 minutes of elliptical ............ my boobs and triceps are killing me from yesterday.
    Core work tomorrow.

    Yeah!!! I have plenty of veggies to eat So I'll eat that tomorrow! Then stop at the veggied and fruits store and Buy alot of them :) I feel full with veggies not eith junk food :) Hey monique if you have an android or

    fitness pal it's a nice app I love it :) since you can track everything you want :)
