There better be dance music! We're not going there to sit on bar stools and watch a band. When we were there last June they had a seventies rock band one night. It sucked and a lot of people left and went into town. The party didn't get started until they stopped and started playing dance music. Then the fun began!

So here's what we got so far.

    Genres/Styles mentioned:
    R&B
    Hip Hop
    Rock
    Country
    Funk
    EDM
    Motown
    80's
    Top 40
    Radio 1 playlist
    Latino
    Reggaeton

    Artists mentioned:
Rush, Tool, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, Rage Against the Machine, Porcupine Tree, Genesis, ACDC, Asia, BTO, Alan Parsons, Bob Marley, Black Crows, Clapton, Eagles, counting crows, Dave Matthews, Hootie and the blowfish, Beyonce, Sage The Gemini, Chris Brown, T-Pain, Young Jeezy, Tams, Bill Deal, Van Morrison, Dr Victor and the Rasta Rebels, Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias

Everyone has their own style of music they like to listen to whether it is for hanging out to or dancing to....and not everyone is going to like the choice of music played everywhere, Steve made a good point no wonder the DJ can't play music everyone is happy with....but like with anything the majority rules....if the DJ sees everyone enjoying techno he will continue to play it, same goes with them playing rock or country....although when we were there I never heard any county music well maybe save a horse ride a cowboy

We would be more than happy to go and listen to a mix of music..if others can put up with some 38 Special-Bob/Ziggy/Damien Marley-Jacky-ACDC-Kid Rock..We can put up with Hip Hop, Dance Hall, Techno,Country...Hell toss in a POLKA if you want..we enjoy a wide variety of music ..JUST DON'T PLAY THE SAME TECHNO LOOP every few hours..MIX IT UP..and keep all of the paying customers happy.:musik026:

Like I said earlier, the fastest way to kill / empty the dance floor is to take request.

A good DJ will fill the dance floor and not play to the squeaky wheel or nice t1ts.

I agree. They played a lot of music that we don't normally listen to, but we had the time of our lives. Why does the dj have to play something to make people happy instead of people just being happy with what the dj is playing. We danced our assess off to music we didn't even know the words to, but we had a blast.

not found of a lot the techno music, but I can live with it. What's bad is the volume, if you can't talk to the person next to you
    it's to loud!
