This is crazy... Last year never even had to wear boots to shovel! I think a couple inches was the worse we got. Crap I've already broke two shovels this year! And more to come... Yuk, come on June!!!
I know it sounds weird but a week is more then enough for us. We both really start missing the kids by then. Plus all the drinking wears on me after a week. Would love when kids are older for 2 trips a year, that would be nice!
Alright the holidays are over. Time to get busy booking this June trip! Looking at the 15th-22nd. June cant come soon enough!!!!!!
We will be there for sure now 12-20. Can't wait to meet all of you. South Dakota weather sucks too. June can't come soon enough.
Some of the schools are closing here Monday in NE and IA because of the extreme cold. Some places are looking at -50 to -70 wind chills. That's insane. I'm sure South Dakota is probably colder. Now begins the long, cold slog to warmer spring weather. The worst of winter is yet to come, so I'm living vicariously through the June Junkies, talking about sun and fun.
