February Boobs Cruise Dates Announcement

We'll be planning to run cruises on the following dates in February:

Tuesday 4th February - deposits open here (date change from 3rd)
Sunday 9th February - sold out
Thursday 13th February - deposits open here
Saturday 15th February - deposits open here
Tuesday 18th February - sold out
Saturday 22nd February - deposits open here
Thursday 27th February - deposits open here

Each cruise will open up for deposits one month before. So 9th February will open for deposits on 9th January etc. etc.

Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 65. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled.

Dates may be subject to change depending on feedback and numbers

Rationale for cruise dates

Numbers for February are not very uniform. We are finding this more and more the case as repeaters who have met in previous years consolidate around similar dates in order to vacation again with those they have partied with before. This means that the distribution of cruise dates is not uniform too and is a reason why we cant run a regular schedule of say every Monday and Friday etc.

It's always difficult to judge this time of year since the run up to Christmas and New Year is always quiet on the forum, and then it gets really busy once New Year is over.

For the first week of Feb we have around 30 people at the hotel every day, for the last week we have around 40 people at the hotel every day. For the middle two weeks we have a range 60 -110 people at the hotel every day, with over 90 people every day during the period 13 -20 Feb.

It therefore follows that during the busiest times we need to run more cruises to ensure everyone who wants to go can and to make sure that we don't sell out and leave people disappointed.
