A bit of a slow start to this one, with 14 deposits received so far. We'll need a minimum of 25 to run. Not too concerned at this early stage as it's always quiet just before Christmas and then picks up again as we get to the New Year. I also have some Facebook marketing and a mail shot to do yet for this date. There's no risk in sending a deposit in as if we don't get enough people and do have to cancel then everyone gets a refund. I'm still pondering The 19th is looking very quiet. The problem is finding a date that would suit everyone. If we were to move the 14th a day or two later we may lose more than we gain as people leave. I'll leave it a few more days yet and then maybe look into everyone's availability for other dates.
