Octoberbreasters unite!!!

Can't speak to GOV, but we have been to Pearl, and liked it a lot. Was def more chill as far as just frat party style vibe, but was actually more sexually charged (at least for us). Met many cool people there, some still in touch with.

It is different than TTR, but not better or worse. More mature, perhaps, if you can call multi party naked bar top body shots "mature" Lol. Don't have any creeper or spring breaker issues since it is couples only and twice the price.

I hesitate to say this, but I think the cost is prob a good thing in terms of it's impact on the overall vibe...it is much smaller and more intimate.

And, dudes, you need to go ahead and get used to putting sunscreen on your junk...cause you will need it.

We will definitely go back there and to TTR...even thought about a combo trip if we can make one work.

 

Hey Amy and Travis we miss you guys too! Doesn't reality stink? Too much work, family and holiday 'fun' these days . I hope your house plans took off and are progressing nicely. Funny, I just took a look at the pics this past weekend for the first time in a while. I wanted to see what I look like naked Now I remember. I better get used to it quickly because we are trying Desire Pearl in combo with GOV (grand oasis viva) in May. Looking for something a little nicer than TTR on the food, room, beach end of things. But of course you can't beat TTR when it comes to the people so we will be back to ttr for Octoberbreast.

As for Grand Oasis Viva. They are new to the adults only concept. Officially switching dec 23rd. It seems like they are going for something in between ttr and Desire. Topless optional like ttr but nicer rooms, reataurants, beach, etc and they have real hot tubs! The kicker for us is it is actually $139 a night in may! And ttr has actually raised their prices to $200something a night for the same time. Ttr is also undergoing renovations which hopefully will help them compete with the new competition but we don't want to be there during them. GOV will be the place to be with all these advantages if they can get the new concept and party going. We figure by May it has a good shot. And if the party hasn't started yet then the hotel is close to the clubs so we will just go there.

But we can't miss the Octoberbreast gang so unless it blows our socks off (or everyone decides they want to switch) we will be back to ttr in early October. I think the group settled on the 3rd to 10th for next year if I recall right? But I would have to read back a couple pages to be sure.

 

I almost forgot as I realize some dont know it is there yet. There is an entire cancuncare board on GOV located at...

We miss everyone also. Kyle, we are looking forward to your review of GOV. Looks like we'll be booking sometime in January for next years trip.

 

Yes, Kyle, I will be greatly looking forward to your TR of GOV. Could you move your trip up perhaps do we won't have to wait so long? I checked pricing for us and TTR is still less so it will have to be pretty kick ass for us to make the jump.

Better than waiting for your TR if GOV, how about you and Jen just being me along in your suitcase? ;-)

The prices for GOV are mostly reduced up until June 30th for now. We got $139 a night. I am sure they are trying to fill the place and kick start the new concept. Not sure if they will go down for October also. Octoberbreast at TTR was so perfect last year I would hate to mess with it so we will try gov in may and likely be back to TTR with everyone in October.

Now Amy, you know damn well I wouldn't make you ride in the suitcase. If u r coming with us in may then I am buying! Now Travis, he is going to have to pay his own way
