I understand, but we were only asking for 2 glasses of water. would have been ok if he was friendly about it but he wasn't. That said, I'm sure he was just doing his job. It def didn't ruin our impression of the place, just making a note of it.
Valentina: We were very impressed with ALL of GOVs employees. Our favorite bartender was Daniel. There was also a Father/Son combo in the restaurants who were also Great. I want to say Erinco, but I could be wrong.
Valentina........just a couple curious questions about the 2 pools. Do they go by a certain name.........main pool, sexy pool, quiet pool, or ??? Which pool is the topless-optional and which pool has the swim-up bar? I guess we're kinda hoping the main pool would be known as the "sexy" pool that's topless-optional and has the swim-up bar lol. Valentina- Some members of our group we travel with would like know if smoking is allowed at the pool and where else it will be allowed inside the resort? Also what type of music will be played at the pool during day? Thanks!!! Austin
Has the topless option picked up much following yet? We are thinking about stopping by for a few days while we are in Cancun in January, but Amy doesn't want to be the only one without a top on.

I think it is safe to say that many TTR repeaters are sick of giving the same complaints or suggestions for years and not being acknowledged.
Valentina, is there a resort map that you could post on here or provide via email? We found this one on TripAdvisor but it's not good resolution and maybe not up to date.
