My wife (robin) lived in Mexico when she was 21 for a year going to school. She studied myan culture extensively. We have gone to the ruins at tulum the two times we have stayed in Mexico on vacation and had great times. I find the whole culture fasciniting but have yet to visit Chichen Itza. we are really excited to go there this trip and even tho its probably not the status quo to leave Temptations we are thinking of a day to go visit the ruins and anyone who would be interested in coming along is more than welcome. Robin has been there before and also is fluent in Spanish. Any takers please let us know
Trina (on here) can help set up a private tour , or driver. We did this last Oct, and it was fun. This is the thread it happened on http://www.cancuncare.com/forum/temptation-resort-cancun/28057-all-hotties-hellraisers-4.html
We setup a trip there last year thru Steve that turned out great! You are in control and can make the trip just what you want going this route. It was reasonably priced and well worth the cost.
I enjoyed Coba and Chicken Pizza much more than Tulum. Even if you don't find anybody to go with, you should just go by yourself. Book a tour, or just grab a car and drive there yourself.
We are definitely going no matter what. Thankfully we won't need a guide die to robin studying it in school. Looking forward to it:clappyinghappy:
Well if you are interested we could figure out a day that works for both groups and go from there:bandit:
