So my personal trainer called me the incredible shrinking women today.. haha! my weight on the scale is stuck and has been for a while but the inches and bodyfat are still falling off.. works for me!. keep up the working out even if your not so good on food here and there, it all counts!
My scale is finally moving a little bit. I'm definitely seeing results though! I'm also not dying after climbing a staircase, so that's something. lol
I don't mind getting stuck, I always lose massive inches when I am stuck and when all is said and done and you average it out it works out to 2 lbs a week anyways. Enjoy it Kim. I am Pre Cancun - another pound today or -18 lbs since September. I can really see my muscles in my arms coming back. I got 4 .5 months of working hard to make some serious changes. I want to see 20 -25 lbs more go away.
So, 2 week challenge, l made 11 days then cracked. I have rubbish willpower. Weight-wise I've taken off around 1/2 inch on the waist so I'm convinced it does some good! Going to try again in new year when I'm nit so distracted by upcoming trips and Christmas.
Try the cutting out bread, potato and rice thing? Worked for me so far. Made me think and plan out meals more than just going for easy options.
