Seems to me when some of our favorite workers get "too popular with the guests" they become expendable. Its too bad i also think certain employees are better at certain bars and they switch em to bars they dont excell at
I think you have a point. Veronica, who always served poolside and on the beach, happy and smiling, was in Margaritas serving on at lunchtimes in April, and was clearly unhappy. Surely you get more out of your staff when they are happy in their work?
Poolside servers are changed yearly, 3 years ago there was Suzanna, a tall younger girl, then another who was then sent to Margaritas, and eventually quit, and finally Veronica. A lot less tips and longer hours , and she now has to pay for after school daycare. They probably rotate them to give every one a chance at the high tips around the pool.
