Melissa just sent out a message that she was fired. Because she didn't sign a new code of conduct policy. She was fired by her boss secretary.
this is her post on FB Melissa Gelfand It saddens me to have to say this but I no longer work for Temptation. I was fired today. We were asked to sign a letter about dress codes and other basic rules which seemed fair. The last item was a concern since it would prevent me from being in the hotel in the afternoons around the members deck visiting with guests and taking photos for Premier Family. I wanted to speak with Roberto, my boss, first before signing and promised not to be poolside until we had spoken and hopefully cleared this up. I never got the chance and was escorted out of the building today by 3 security guards that Veronica, Roberto's secretary felt was needed (I guess I'm big and scary) The only reason they could come up with was that I have a bad attitude and don't follow the rules. Translation: I wouldn't sign the letter at that moment.
Sorry to hear about her and being fired but please delete the post above that was copied from her page. It is not a public post on Facebook so if someone searches her name on google it will not be found but since this is a public forum it may be turned up as a search result from here and may affect her future employment
well that sucks... I was told by a few people that Melissa was great, even though I never got a chance to meet her. Hopefully they straighten it out and get her back...
