That's great news. They were getting slagged pretty badly over the summer and into the fall while they were doing renos. Bad food, bad rooms, bad, bad, bad... It gave the impression of a company not committed to customer satisfaction and any sort of thing that could even weakly be described as excellence.
They are still doing renos (as of early November) and probably will be for a while. I do like how on each Trip Advisor review they have a hotel representative reply to every review. I wont be posting earlier TA reviews as they had not started the new concept, and are still in the process of doing so with the official switch-over date set at Dec 23. I'll try and catch each one in future though and we'll see how things progress.

I would almost prefer if some of the reviews complained about crazy topless partiers . It all sounds nice but no mention of a great party scene. Without that it is just another nice hotel and not TTR style. Hopefully that changes as the crowd turns over and the concept is fully applied.
Guys it hasn't fully changed over yet, don't expect a party scene from day one. The majority of people who stay there now will have booked months ago way before the adults only concept was even launched. Full implementation is not until Dec 23rd and even then it's going to take another 6 months or so before the people that stay there are all people who booked expecting the new concept.
