    The scale finally moved! I'm down 3 lbs since last week and I've lost 1 1/2" in both my waist and hips, and around 0.5-1" everywhere else.

    I am down trhe 5 lbs I gained in cancun and ready to blast the rest of the fat away. I stuck to my diet good this week even though I was starving from last weeks diet. I have to say I was real lazy in the exercise part but hey it fell off anyways so I am a happy girl. Getting back on track this week with the heavy duty workouts and staying on the diet. So glad to be home, I spent the whole week nursing the wrist and feeling so overwelmingly tired. Shopping today, I just the energy will come back.

    same game plan...elliptical and weights at night and spin in the morning. 25 days to go

    I starting to lose since i went off jenny.. go figure!.. I'm down a total of 13 lbs since May..mind you my high weight was after TTR and the day after a really bad weekend..haha!

    Working on April again, he we go again. Just booked flights April 12-24th and tow days to recover when I get home.

    The no carb thing is going well! Meat and veg over weekend. I find it amazing that cutting out the carbs actually makes me less hungry. Ramped up the vegetables and standard portions of meat. Let's see what difference 2 weeks of this makes. 2 days down, 12 to go!

    Getting ready for TTR so it was Tequila and Skinny Margaritas on Saturday with no PM workout. Yesterday was spin for me and elliptical for Marlene but beers watching football and wine with dinner. Missed morning spin today. Gotta get back on track.

    I still try to loose weight .. But i'm tired of it.. Seriously ! :(
