You do know TTR has the same day and night pass too right? Same price even if memory serves. Matt and I got one December a couple years ago when we were at a very boring resort and went to TTR for the day....and night.
Thanks Steve and Janet..what an awesome report!! We are booked at TTR 4-24 thru 5-2, but I agree with some of the great people on this forum, maybe somewhere to think about in the future, once they get all the details worked out. We booked at TTR again because of the atmosphere and the people. And of course, breaking my rib 3 hours into our trip kinda hindered our experience the last time...going for NO injuries this time around to really enjoy our stay at TTR! Might be fun to do a day trip to GOV while we are at TTR in April tho.....
Steve, thank you so much for taking all the time to tour, photograph, and answer every question we could think of!
Hmmm...I see it almost opposite--that by marketing on lifestyle sites and setting up so many private areas, they might have an atmosphere where lots of people are there to meet other couples and head off to their own spaces. I like the raunchy, uninhibitedness of TTR, and I like the fact that there is a large percentage of guests there to party with the crowd. I wonder if the new place will be kind of quiet because people are all sneaking off to the hot tubs? --Laura
Uh oh, I think this may be a dealbreaker for me... Steve, are all of the bathrooms open so the toilets aren't private? It looks like it in the pictures.
We'd love it even more if they bothered to update it between hurricanes!........... A suggestion..........call GOV direct..............tell them you have been a long time visitor to TTR......and ask them what GOV can do for you! Keeping options open is a very good thing!..
We plan on trying it out for a couple of days/nites next spring--may be a nice way to come down from TTR
