wow.. 2 days off the jenny food and I feel so much better... wish I knew what the issue was with the food...
Feeling like crap, so I skipped the gym last night. Probably tonight too. I'm getting frustrated with the scale too. I'm not seeing any weight change despite eating better and going to the gym every other day. I don't think I'm doing anything differently than last time. Hmph. I'm not giving up though!
What's your diet/routine like? I'll probably skip the gym today too... My new speakers are sitting on my front porch waiting for me, and I have some errands to run after work...
Glad to see this thread is still going. We both want to lose 12 lbs in the 28 days before we leave. Good start today. 45 minute spin class at 5:45am. Got my heartrate up to 100% for the last 10 minutes. Very good sweat.
Ok So, Just came back from my walk. 6.15 km so almost 4 miles.. My feet are dead. For Supper I had a protein shake and that's it .. I may have veggies later !
Ok so meal last night so wasn't worth it. Pasta meal I had was rubbish. Sauce was meant to be white wine but looked and tasted like something you'd squeeze out of a processed cheese tube!
30 minutes on eliptical plus some light weights last night and another 45 minute spin class this morning. Marlene joined me for those 2. This is good. I feel like having to report what we do on here helps us in avoiding excuses to not workout. leaving in 26 days.
