Had to change dates...Now going Nov 4-11 So excited to be going to Temptations yet again...kind of like our home away from home. First year we will be missing Halloween but thankfully we will still get the chance to wear sexy costumes. Whoo whoo!!!:mnm:
Just hope the plane takes off lol Last trip we had with them they delayed the flight 13 hours with no explanation at all. Cost us a full day of our 7 day trip. They don't even have a customer service number! If you're unhappy you can't even complain until you return and then your only option is to email them, but don't expect a reply. Just google Sunwing complaints and you'll see what we're talking about. We honestly wouldn't book with them if it was 1/2 the price of other packages. There's a good change you wont have any problems but (in our opinion) a much higher chance than with another airline.
Yeah unfortunately those numbers aren't for customer service...trust me I called every Sunwing number I could find online, my travel agent could find and the Sunwing check-in gave. I'm sure you'll be okay but I HIGHLY suggest NEVER using them again
