We have traveled to BBG/TTR 7 or 8 times. The first two or three years were the first week of January as I was in school. Though we had a great time, as always, it was not very warm all the time (we have pictures in blankets on the beach purchased on the beach). In the Midwest winter months, warmth is key when paying big money to go on vacation. The third year, we met a couple who went in January AND in February. ~Lucky~ Anyway, they told us to come Week 8. The people are fun (as they are every time we have been to TTR) and the weather is much better. We were sold. Though we could not go Week 8 that year, we planned to try it the next year. The 4th and subsequent trips were made during this time period. It is close enough to March to ensure good weather most (or like last year, ALL) days but before the rush of spring breakers. We are usually traveling home the last day of Feb or 1st of March and just starting to pass a few early spring break travelers. I have never noticed any spring breakers in my experience. We are not booked yet. Every year we are invited to other places like Florida with the parents (where we can attend afternoon reading time and bring a dish to the condo luncheon each day) or a cool island in Honduras with a fun couple we met last year (Julie and Steve for those in attendance Week 8 last year) who have taken a position as caretakers of a small, beautiful island off the coast of Honduras. Every year, we weigh our options and then end up at TTR. Since we can only take one big winter vacation and I have to plan early, our week is set but our location is yet TBD. Every year, save one (year 2), we have met life long friends. That year was fun but we knocked it up a notch when we found this website in 2006. The first year when it was still Blue Bay Getaway, we met two couples who we have traveled with, stayed in their homes and visa versa. Regardless of when you attend, you know you will meet fun people ready to have a good, stress free time in the beautiful Caribbean.
Cannot wait to meet and party with you both for a few days. we only stayed 7 days last year which was just not enough for us. we were just getting the hang of things when we had to get ready to leave. Between the Boobs Cruise that had sold out in 51 minutes, the jello wrestling on the beach, and all the fun around the pool with ryan's riot raft, we couldnt have asjed for a crazier, friendlier, funnier group of people, it was one of the best time of our lives. We are so stoked to do it bigger and better this year. cant come soon enough.

By the way, we booked through alpharooms and got room only for $1667. Flights are stupid-high (well $420 with a layover in Mexico City but $700 for direct) but thought I'd pass along the hotel rate.
Anyone know of a Temptations Theme Night list for February? Will they flip the script it a bit for the Olympics?
