If I "correctly" read Steves reprint of GOV reponse to the trip report. The coversion to the GRAND concept occurred Oct 14. The transtition to the toppless/TTR concept isn't due until Dec of 2013. This new GOV is actually the merger of two preexisting Oasis hotels? Is this Correct?

I noticed that they show age groups starting at 18. I don't know if I like that myself. A younger crowd right by all the big nightclubs and all.
Judging by its location and 18 and up requirement, March would probably be a horrible time to go this place - unless you want to immerse yourselves with Spring Breakers. All this being said, we're planning on sitting through the Premier sales pitch this June. This new hotel along with the rumored construction at TTR should give me a good amount of bargaining chips.

If I correctly understood what was on their Website to sounds like this is one hotle that had a couple "plans" a standard Oasis menu where you could AI in a few of the restaurants and the Grand Oasis that was a complete AI with all the restaurants on the property available. This could be good competition for TTR but it will need a few months to see if it will fully develope to where TTR is now. JMTC.
We will be at TTR in mid December, we will definitely take the bus to GOV and check it out and see if they will give us a tour.
Now for the really important question.... Will ya still be able to get on the Boobs Cruise from there?
