SWIM WEAR: Square Cuts vs. Board Shorts In March 2012 one of the guys in our group brought tight square cuts and wore them the first day at TTR. Then as a joke, a couple of us went to the Walmart the next morning and bought some of the same and we wore them at the sexy pool that day. It was a little intimidating at first..... but once I got over the initial apprehension, wearing them was great and that's all I wore the rest of the trip. They were the most comfortable swimwear I have ever worn. Unlike board shorts that hang heavy on you and stay wet for sometime after getting out of the water ... you feel like you are wearing nothing at all with the square cuts. By the end of our stay, several other guys at the resort had also converted to the square cuts and when we returned in March 2013 it was the swimwear of choice for me and quite a few others. We are making our first Halloween visit TTR in two weeks and I once again plan to wear the square cuts. So since there is safety in numbers..... if you have ever thought about it .. but were afraid you'd be the only one..... now may be the time (plus I am also looking for safety in numbers).
Gulp! I may give it a shot. I was feeling risqué enough because I was considering wearing a tight square cut for lingerie night. I would like to know what the women think? Assuming the guy is in pretty good shape and has something that looks like abs. Are tight square cut sexy? For lingerie night? For the pool?
My (Sharon) first reaction to the square cuts is OMG! But I think that as with women, confidence is everything. Rock it!
