What is the cost of your trip to TTR

we our flying on the 24th of October and this is costing us £2300 for 2 weeks with thomas cook

 

nov 07-14th direct out of Toronto arrive 9am 7th fly out 9pm 14th so we kinda pick up an extra day we paid 1129.00 each everything included for delux room
we thought it was a great deal

 

just booked

7 nights from 12/4 to 12/11 plus direct airfare from NYC for $2K.

 

We're at $3500 for 9 days during February this year. Flying out of Calgary. We could have went direct for the same price, but chose a layover in Houston of about an hour so that we would have desirable arrival/departure times.

 

Dave what were your arrival departure times?
Edmonton direct shows 1045 am and 5:30pm arrival. Feb8,22 and 15

 

Don't remember exactly, but I think we arrive in Cancun at 3:30 and leave Cancun at 2. We like to arrive mid-afternoon so that if they overbooked, we can get in and get a room before the bumping starts. And we like to leave mid-afternoon so that on the last day, you can sleep in, go grab some breakfast and leave. Much better than wandering around homeless on the last day with no hotel room waiting for an evening flight, or having to get up way to early and rush to catch a plane.

2 people out of Minneapolis February 17-23 6 nights for under 2000 includes direct flight and ground transportion ... Worth every penny

 

Where did you find this???? Assuming you are flying sun country, but who did you book the resort through? We are in MSP also but 6 nights has been roughly $2500 or more for the past 4 months I have been looking.

 

I say we all email the resort and complain about the CRAZY price increase. They are like drug dealers taking advantage of our addiction!!!!!!!
