right!! diet starts tomoz back to the gym as well need to shift this holiday weight . still dont feel well but if i dont start some were i will have put at least 14lb on
Still stuck at the same weight. I had kinda a bad food day but still keep the calories in check. 30 minutes on the elliptical and 20 mins of abs and legs. I feel better now. Back to work tommorow and back on track.
oh my was a bad girl yesterday!! had fazolies for dinner. well one bad cheat day, and back at it today. was worth it tho!! sad brought the boat home yeaterday its all winterized and wrapped up boooo!!!!!!!!!! just knowing what that means winter!! hope everyone had a great weekend. now a full week left before TTR!! now that is a happy thought!
Off to work out again, I got to make this one good. Gonna do my strength work out and kick my ass some more. Keep going guys, I need more encouragement ment and motivation. It' gets frustrating working so hard and not getting what I want.

Got another two workouts in today. Aerobic this morning and my killer workout tonight. My ass is soar but feeling great.
