My experience is that if you are booking a package (flight & hotel) it's usually cheaper to use booking company - Expedia; Travelocity;Cheaptickets etc. But, if you have miles/points to use and you are booking your own flights....then Alpharooms prices usually can't be beat. We booked 9 nights for $1241.00...double superior room Nov.
Steve You made my point exactly. People have a tendency to post a review if their trip was bad rather than if it was good. As you said the number of bad reviews must be looked at as a precentage of total reviews to get an idea if the company is any good. All a person can do is check prices and hopefully talk with someone that has used them and keep your fingers crossed.
Thats about sums its up,,,, your departure city is also a factor, some of the southern states get stupid seat sales for 29 bucks+ fees.
We are primer members & can get you discounted primer referral, would not include flights but might beat the others on the rooms... We can check dates for you.
