    =D 190.4 .. My Ben see a difference .. and he see me, each single day :D I'm so happy =D hihihi =D

    Like I said In French on Facebook.

    Some people say they are not able... Well, this morning, I can say I lost officially 9.6 pounds. From 200 to 190.4 :) ..For people you know I've been 2 weeks and I lost almost 10 pounds in 1 month and the half. You can get to your goal if you are really motivated !! Now my goal is to get to 180 pounds.. WIll be 20 lbs less :) Please note I eat whatever I want ( pasta, bread, potato and cupcake. In smallest quantities. I don't believe in those miracle diet. You cut on something and you will lost, as soon as you starting back to eat normally you will gain everythings. You want to lose weight ? Get off from your ass and go trained. Or do like I did. Go buy a wii for 200 $ with the wii fit plus, balance board.. And trained yourself. For people say well it's a game and isn't working. FALSE.... Because each game proposed are made to make you burn calorie. ( jogging, dance, Step, box, Yoga,.. ) Seriously.. Thank you all friends have a wonderfull weekend ..

    Please note guys, it's because of all single you if I'm motivated.. you know why ? Because I'M not the only one training here, and I can SEE RESULT.

    180 pounds let's go :D Bring it on.

    I try some pajamas yesterday that wasn't fitting me ( buy it put it on the dryer and didn't fit me al all.. ) Now they are starting to get too large for me !! :D

    Staying focus, everyday got to count for me. I so want to drop some serious weight. I am hoping to bring in the new year at least 4 dress sizes smaller.

    you can do whatever you set your mind to m!! i am finally starting to believe my own words about life and having fun. it doesnt matter if i have some jiggles here and there. i just want to feel strong and healthy and when i eat good i really feel alot better. if i lose all the wieght great, if not i know it will happen just not going to stress about it and be depressed. i am more than a size, i matter no matter what i look like!! i really dont want to look like barbie!! seriously they dont make pants that would fit the right way with those mesurments in real life!! life is going on now not in the time line that i set for when i get to a certain wieght. so heres to being healthy happy and at TTR!!!

    Down another 2 lbs. 11 in total since Sept 9th. Double work outs everyday, and a 1400 cal diet. This shit going away and I am just the person to make it go. F%$k off Fat! lol Off to work out again. Arms and shoulders tonight.

    That's awesome Monique...good for you!!! Im trying very hard too..I packed on the pounds this year.....trying to get it off is a Bitch but feels good as it disappears......good luck with it and keep it up girl!:huepfen021:

    Had kinda a bad day yesterday. I made up for it today. Ate 1422 cal burned 1682 according to my app on my phone. At this rate I should lose 4.3 lbs per week. If only reality worked like that, life would be good.

    keep in going :) only 6 months and a week left :) will be glad to see our result next april :)

    for myself I just burn 345 didn't eat so i'll not have a dinner at this hour!! I lost 1.1 lbs since yersterday :) i'm under 190 now yay

    An awsome work out today, my legs feel like noodles. Doing my CPR for the next todays. Yes lots of shoulder and chest work.

    Hi everyone, I have been hiding for a while, enjoying summer, camping, having fun and now I get to pay for it.. I completely gave up trying try to lose weight over the summer.. so now.. since last February i have gained 25 lbs and I'm not very happy.. I am back at the gym, workout 2 times a week with my personal trainer. I take kickboxing once a week and i have joined Jenny Craig for a quick fix. I have done Jenny Craig before and it works providing you follow the program. hopefully I can get back on track...
