We've had quite a bit of rain recently, it's rained every day although never all day. The hurricane and storm that have generated the TV coverage are way north of us and haven't really had much of an effect. The distance away is about the same as London to Barcelona As mentioned above, if there are any storms on the way that may affect Cancun I'm usually the first to post about them as I check daily. The site I tend to follow the most for storm info is: Hurricanes & Tropical Cyclones | Weather Underground
Steve I have been dying to get a reply from you allllll day! Lol. I thought the good old BBC were making a casting comment by saying "a storm has hit Mexico and a hurricane is on its way" You more than anyone should know what us Brits are like with our weather!!! Lol Thanks Steve! Mrs JVW xx
I tend to get a little obsessive compulsive with some things. Like posting on here but also following the weather. So much that the last two visits I compared what weather.com, weather underground, accuweather and 1 other site that escapes me had for each day in advance then hourly predictions when it got within a couple days of the trip. I found that accuweather was the most accurate. Frequently updating their hourly forecasts and % chance of rains. The hourly forecasts really helped to see what rain meant for a day. Did it mean all day or 10% chance at 4pm? They don't really publish those until a couple days in advance but it really helped to plan our trip. We love the sun!
Jen, you are my kinda gal! I was frequently checking the weather today, along with here too! Hope u guys are keeping well, haven't seen you around this past few days. Mrs JVW xxx
Sorry. This is Kyle. Jen has been on here more though but we usually say Jen at the end when she posts (about 3 times so far )
