Good news Feet is now Ok But I can't starting exercise again since it been only today seems to be ok . I will wait until next week once I'll be back. =)
Back form Cancun on Monday, down 7 lbs so far this week. Damm I gained 9 lbs in 10 days and well still up 2 lbs more than I left and 25 more than I want. Back to work.

NOAH.. GEEZ I will tell Ali to give you a couple kick on the butt 1 2 3 4 !! haha ----------------- For myself, I start a programme from the wii 40 min each day .. and the last day it's an 1h20 . One day it's all about musculatoin and cardio, and the other day it's posture and relaxing stuff. So far I burn around 600 calories in 3 days !! Very proud of me. My foot it's ok .. I can turn it too much it will hurt, but at least I'm walking normally and can do my exercice. I try to do zumba thing, but it's too hard, since I can see half of the move. ( My game is on the projector and when I move my head hide de half of it. So Yeah ... Starting well, I watch what i'm eating.. People told me they can see a difference with my face and my body.. so that's make me feel good =) I stop eating before to go to bed, so what I do, I drink a 500 ml or 1/2 L of water so make me full. Then I woke up on the morning and eat a banana and yogurt. For Lunch, most part of the time veggies and for dinner depends what I have on the fridge. Also this weekend I made spaghetti sauce, and isn't that fat so .. I cook all the meet before, and remove all the fatty liquid so Ok Well, Have a wonderfull day = )
yep doing the gym thing. not as much as i want, but still doing it. gotta have summer time activities while i can. 4 weeks till cancun. heres to making the best of the time i have left!!
