There are 4 of coming on this trip but we've already discussed only reserving 2 chairs as we don't anticipate being in them much at all. I plan on staggering down around 6:00, probably still drunk, and grabbing a couple with my t-shirts. I have been known to drag chairs from the beach before. I'm sure the staff love that but oh well. Until there is a reserved chair for everyone at the Sexy Pool there will always be complaints about people not using them enough and what have you (I always think these are more about being mad they didn't think of it than being upset it's happening). It's something you see at every resort and cruise and we'll still be having these conversations 100 years from now I'm sure. Although I have heard some cruise lines don't allow it any more. If you just need a place to stow your gear while you frolic in the sexy pool I'm sure one of your new friends would oblige. yes I said frolic, it seemed to fit lol
what we did.. Since I HATE waking up early .. =) I Just put my towel under friend chair !! and Hang out on the pool ALL day Long What's pissing me off tho .. People reserved chair but they are not there until noon-1pm .. and at 3-4 pm .. you can find a chair everywhere since everyone is out to their room. For us, we know we get up late.. So I'll not reserve a chair. Just hanging out the pool, and i'm pretty sure this year, I'll find a place to put our stuff And please, last trip 2 friends reserved chair and 2 girls pick up his stuff and throw it away... That's no respect. If you see there's is stuff on the chair.. At least don't throw it away.. Put it under the chair.
I don't think so. I never see someone in the premier chair anyways .. so by noon if nobody is there.. I put the premier towel under the chair and I sit my ass there ! If a premier ask me for the chair, will be my pleasure to give it
I am told no. Which is probably part of the reason no one sits there. Who wants to go to a party resort and sit where there is no party? Most people want to be with all the wonderful party people.
It's kind of a tough spot for the resort... Do you let people hang with their premier friends, then over the course of the day the whole area gets filled with non-members there by taking a selling point away for members? Can't say I have a better solution. besides being in the pool partying is way more fun!
But be fair. If I'd paid for Premier, I'd want to be up there, and wouldn't want the likes of me taking over my exclusive patch. Premier people know how to party, but don't begrudge them what they've paid for! :daisy:
Oh yeah. I totally agree. I didn't mean for it to sound like I was against it. Was answering the question asked and explaining why it is likely empty. If you pay more you get more. That is how the world works and with limited resources it makes sense. And that is why we are doing the referral and may some day be members ourselves. I see the pros and cons of both options
