    We booked with alpharooms a few couple of weeks ago for our Halloween trip... worked out to be $145/night...

    Ive been price checking too. I wanna come back next year but it may be out of budget. (It doesnt help that I just had surgery and the bill is up to $40,000 before ins) So I have to find a vaca in our range. We had gone to another resort we loved for 2 yrs but it did the same thing so we tried TTR. Lets hope they dont stay so high.....

    We too have noticed a definite increase in the prices. It wouldn't surprise me if they watch the forum to see when large groups of ccc members are going and hike the prices.

    The cheapest room I can get in October for a week is $1411 and that could give a nice view of the roof or street. Non-stop from Philly is $1400 a pair so we are looking at $2800 before any taxes or fees. Back during the swine flue scare it was $1600 with an ocean view.
