Jesse, We are both sorry to hear about your uncle, and as hard as it is to accept the fact of his passing, keep in mind that he gave you a gift upon his leaving. That gift is, as you have mentioned, is that he has helped you see what is important in life. Often that knowledge seems to fade too easily as the weeks pass, but as you go forward, when things get tough, jobs,money , relationships, etc. try to hear him say, "Jesse, remember what is important." I'm incredibly sorry to hear of your loss. It happens to us all is the only advice I can give. Don't be a stranger, go visit your family and speak to people who give a damn - those that knew your uncle like you did.

 

Hey Jesse, we wanted to extend our condolences and basically echo the sentiments from all these previous posts. I think its about time for some good fortune to come your way!

 

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. As far as silver linings go I've been able to have the time to hang out with my dad so that's not a bad thing at all.
