Well back home now, and ready to rock and roll. Damage from being away all week not as bad as it could've been. Hard not to eat rubbish when you're stuck in a hotel and can choose anything off the menu! I'm now down to 15 weeks until vacation time. This sh*t just got serious!
ouch!!! wow tummy is sore! 3 days straight at the gym working the tummy. well keep this up maybe a 4 pack by oct. heres to some muscle def. still loving my every veggie salads. dont think i can get sick of those. have a great weekend everyone, stay strong!!
Congrats to all you working out! I do at least 6 times a week but I eat see food which doesn't help. I SEE it I eat it! The only way to see your abs is to have less than 10% body fat, not going to happen but I do have my 1 pack. We are def. going to be using the gym at least once while at TTR, to attempt a work out and fulfill a fantasy. 30ish days and counting!
I've never made it to the gym at TTR but not sure why. I get up early and end up sitting around bored for an hour or two after breakfast. I should really give it a go on holiday. Normally I'm now at the gym every weekday morning so why should vacation be different?
3weeks till we jet off and I have done absolutely no excercise! Do you's think I'm too late or would I see any toning up on tummy/thighs/bum if I do a gym binge?
Yeah u should see a difference it's not just the excerise tho its the diet aswell thats the hard part . Losing weight is 80% diet 20% exercise . Every little helps
