Well, it finally happened, job and I decided to part ways. I have an interview set up for next week which will hopefully give me some decent vacation time for the rest of the year. If it comes down to it though at the very least I'll try to at least do a weekend of 48 hours of drunkeness, bad jokes and debauchery with the world famouse Chaos Crewe!

 

Well that sucks Jesse! Hope the interview goes well for you and you can make it for a few days at least. Looks like you'll have to scrap rule #2

I can't believe everyone remembers those rules.

I don't even care about rule 1 all that much either. Rule three 3 hurts like a mother I've been told! Damn British tri-pods!

Honestly though, I'm the cheapest person I know (who's not british!) so I'm going to be alright. Everyone else has been through worse and my only worry is having to get cheaper beer for a month.

Good luck Jesse! It won't be the same without you so I really need you to get the job and they need to give you at least a week off to come to Mexico. I would tell them if/when they offer you the job that you have a week's vacation booked already and maybe they can work that in haha

Over here, if you take a new job and tell them you already have vacation booked, it's pretty rare for them not to honour it.
