Hello Everyone, I just found out about cancuncare forum and am really interested in taking a trip down for the labor day weekend. I am hoping to spend about 3-4 nights in the Temptation resort. I was wondering if anyone could help answer a few questions: 1) I will be traveling alone (male), would I still have a good time? 2) Where can I find good deals on Temptation resort rooms/flights? Seems like the travel websites can't find dates for my range 3) Is there a thread of what to pack with you? Thanks everyone and I hope I can make it out!
Not sure I would recommend TTR to a single guy! Lots of issues with single guys. Some are wonderful........Mike are you listening? .......most single guys are creepers!
Try Alpharooms for a room. Lots of people have good luck with great pricing. Use the links on this site to help Steve out. You'll have a great time. Bring: your smile, a nice pair of trousers and shirt (maybe 2 sets), couple pairs of swim trunks, sunscreen, and a willingness to talk to everyone. Seriously, you're packing for a weekend away. It's the same as any hotel, just a lot more fun!!
Ignore negative Nelly. We met a lot of respectful single guys and there were no issues. It's large groups of single guys that are the issue. It is mainly couples but single people have fun.
I agree with Ali&Andrew. Just be respectful (and talkative and friendly and fun... lol) and you'll have a great time.
Very simple, act the way your mother raised you a gentleman! Just because women are topless or dressed in sexy attire doesn't mean it's a roman sex fest. Most are couples having some sexy fun away from their family and word commitments. You'll meet a lot of great people and have a blast, just remember most are doing things they wouldn't and can't do in their normal every day lives.
And in defense of nelly I understand her concern. This October will be our tenth trip and out of ten we've had three ruined due to groups of single males all of which resulted in one or more of them getting arrested after fighting with husbands in patty o or the sexy pool. And I don't know any MAN that would put up with a single drunk creep grappling his wife's nipples from behind and squeezing. If so come see me I need your man card!
I am pretty sure the 30 and 31st are sold out with the hotel. Check availability first. And Hell yes you'll have fun.
