resort guests taking pictures.....

What is the policy at the resort with picture taking?

If we dress up at PatyOs or run around in crazy outfits...our concern is photos popping up on 'sites' down the road.:aktion054:

Are people cool with keeping things on the DL? or are we not the couple for this type of place?

 

The rule is no cameras for the pool games and be discrete and ask permission at other times. People take photos of the people they are with in Paty'o's all the time so you may find yourself in the background of some.

Most people are reasonable but you may see the odd creeper. A group of CCC husbands could probably help suggest the offending person stop I'm sure

 

People for the most part are respectful when taking pics. ,But there are cameras everywhere and if you're that worried about having you're pic taken ,maybe not the place for you. Again ..Great place and Really Friendly people but lots of Alcohol and cameras which means Alot of random Pics being taken !!!

 

Anyone who is on a "site" where such pics might be posted is likely of the same mindset as you are....free adults looking to have a fun time, legally. We don't worry about such things. We aren't doing anything illegal, and don't answer to anyone but each other. :huh:

 

We hope it works that way for you! Didn't work that way for us 3yrs ago.

 

It all depends!

Most people are appropriately behaved. A couple weeks ago there was a creeper at the sexy pool with an underwater camera taking pics......and then set it on his lounge chair and used the remote taking pics of people on the deck and in the pool. Security said something to him twice, then his camera disappeared for a while and showed back up on a nearby chair missing the memory card. Son of a gun.......don't you just hate it when that happens?

The photo taking is kind of putting us off. I realize its anywhere u go... it just seems like partying at the same resort for several days will guarante being in alot of background shots at various times.
And this sort of place - photos pop up everywhere.

We want to book and enjoy everything. Guess its a gamble.

the internet is a big place, unless someone is looking for you they will have a hard time to find you. Don't tell people where you are going, givve a false place.

 

Few things are entirely risk free, but it would take a number of specific things to go wrong before you'd actually be put in a bad place back home. The risks are so small compared to the amazing times I've had at TTR that I'd never give internet photo postings a second thought.

 

Just a month or so ago Temptations pics showed up on a "porn" site! FACT! The links were posted here! It doesn't happen often but be assured it does happen! Be vigilant.....watch for pervs and creepers! We busted the ones we "caught" while we were there. I will say MOST people are great and very respectful! If the resort would eliminate single men it'd eliminate 98% of the creepers. But.............we enjoy single guys now and then....

With all of that said we came back to TTR..........but 6-7 couple of our friends are looking for a "camera free" resort for 2014!
