Halloween is a blast but can be sold out... have gone 5 times at that time.. but can't do it this year.
Halloween at TTR is awesome! We are going back for it again this year. We normally book our room through alpharooms and our flight with Expedia. However this year American Airlines Travel was the best price for the package. We paid $1500 for 7 nights fliying out of Springfield MO.
I haven't payed for my room yet for sept. Because Alpharooms scammed me. I was quoted a cheap price with getaroom.com 143.00 a night. I already got airfare from Airtran.
I always compare all the sites, and Expedia has never failed to be the best deal. Alpharooms does have great room prices, but booking airfare seperately always makes the combined price much higher than Expedia for us.
I just booked 7 nights 17 to 24th sept for $1724 tax in from Toronto for 2. I know its not Baltimore but at least you have a price to guage from. That was up $20 from what we paid last year.
I just booked for Sept 1 - 7. Sept 1st was sold out so we will be staying in a diff hotel because the flights were so much cheaper...direct....and early arrival and 2:00 depart. I shopped my ass off ( 3x day) for a week and I found expedia and hotwire the cheapest as a package. Alpha rooms & olotels were the cheapest on rooms alone. Charter flights like sun country had the best rates for flights & the best times....depart 9:00 - 11:00 am ( direct ) leave 12:00 - 4:00 pm ( direct ). When I booked separate, it was still less expensive to do the package thru expedia & Hotwire. Ours cost us $1489.00 / cpl for direct flights 2 - 7 sept.
I booked ours last week for Sept 8-14 on Cheap Tickets for $1500.00, direct with American. But thats from Dallas, Tx. Ive seen prices cheaper for departures up north many times.
