We bought ours at the Tianguis over 5 years ago and have never had any major problems with it. I guess it's like any car, pot luck.

So sorry, just now logged back in. Our Panda is an automatic and it has AC. Great condition, low miles only 22KM in pretty much just city driving. We are the original owners. About the only issue are some minor door dings that it has picked up. Not sure on the price, we'd like to get somewhere around bluebook rate for it.
