So we're booking through this site. I put a deposit down and haven't heard anything from them since. anyone ever deal with this operation? Afraid of getting down there and not having a room!!
Just saw Steve's post at the top of the forum. I expect they'll contact me. I sent an email so I'll see if they'll respond tomorrow.
We have used Alpharooms twice and our advice is to just call them and ask for the proper documentation especially the amount you paid stating you paid in full or have a $0 balance left. We had an issue last time about this and they almost wouldn't let us have our room when we arrived. I had to print everything on their PC's just to let us checkin. Some how he finally gave us the room but its not the way anyone wants to start vacation. So get a calling card for $10 and call them. Best $10 spent for vacation. C&D
the link above is actually for the hotel and have been in contact with them. they're very accommodating! I looked at alpha rooms after I made a deposit directly with the hotel. but it's not a huge difference in price. thanks guys!
