What tv channels are available at the resort?

Besides the naughty channel. Before I get all the grief from everyone let me make it clear that I do not plan on watching much tv. But I am bit of a sports nut and since I'm probably going to miss the MLB all star game and home run derby it would be nice to be able to catch some highlights each day. Do they have espn? I'll even take espn deportes.

 

There are some sports channels not to sure what there are but we get the English football games on in the room witch is good with the time diffrence some start at 6 in the morning

 

My suggestion for getting your sports fix is to record the shows you want to see, and watch them when you get back. The sports coverage of the MLB stuff is spotty at best, and sandwiched between soccer coverage. I do know they have Sunday Night Baseball. Take along an iPad or laptop, and watch the highlights the next day.

 

The bar outside of nice shoes has TV's with sports channels on it.

 

They do have ESPN, but it's not american ESPN. They show soccer about 90% of the time (the few times I have watched). I thought they did sportscenter in the mornings, but it's in spanish if I remember correctly. They have the score ticker on the bottom, but it's in spanish too and some of the abbreviations kept me guessing as to what it meant. Around half the channels are in english and half are in spanish.

Given the choice between watching sexy women in next to nothing and a meaningless game I think I'd choose the former, just saying

 

You could go to hooters and watch the homerun derby or the allstar game.....that is wha we do when the cowboys play.

 

ESPN Deportes and Fox Sports Espanol ... Tons of soccer, small, tiny section of American Highlights with scores scrolling @ the bottom (also in Spanish, had to wait for Tigres to see how my Detroit Tigers were doing). You may get lucky on the home run derby because it's on ESPN.

 

Well... all I can say is that when at TTR....I am in HEAVEN!! Spanish is my first language so I love the sports channels, Soccer is my passion so what can I say, Channel 12/14 are my inspiration and motivate my A game, and my sexy beautiful wife getting ready for a night at Patyo' s while I watch these hot channels...well...is why I need to return to TTR every six months!!
